After a long flight from a previous speaking engagement, Duncan arrived in Dubai with his solution to Eversheds problem. Growing market share predominantly focuses on 3 things. 1. Find new customers. 2. Getting them to spend more on your services. 3. Getting them to return more frequently. To achieve this Duncan shared some Effective Influence strategies as well as some powerful collaboration techniques that are being employed by some of the world’s leading organizations. His speech was designed to inspire and motivate and at the same time incorporating elements of fun and interactivity.
